Improving the lives of those living where we operate means we must seek to engage and support communities, and, along with several social initiatives such as collaborating with the Nourishing Norfolk Network to support with food distribution, annual community tidy-ups and staff volunteering hours, we have developed an Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Strategy in which we have committed to:
- Reducing energy consumption and waste
- Keeping our air, land, and water clean
- Valuing our relationships with employees, suppliers, and customers
- Following sound business practices for transparency and fairness
- Aiming for a carbon-neutral footprint by 2050 or sooner.
